I've been so busy lately with life that I haven't been able to post as much as I've wanted. As a result I have a few dishes on my computer that I want to share but I think today I will just start with one. This is a dessert recipe that I found and tried it out and I was very pleased with the turn out. It's a quick simple recipe for the popular Thai dessert, Mango Sticky Rice. The only thing that went wrong with my dessert was that the mango were not ripe enough! So if you try this recipe make sure that the mango you pick is very ripe.
I pretty much followed this recipe to a tee. The can of cocont I used was the 14 ounce can.
